AIFA
Twins International is a Milan-based charity that has operated in Kenya since 2007 developing education and food security programs. Alice For Children is a program meant for the protection of the most vulnerable children in Nairobi and at the feet of Mount Kilimanjaro. ALICE ITALIAN FOOD ACADEMY (AIFA) is also their project and aims to provide the vulnerable boys and girls of Alice for Children with an opportunity to learn culinary skills and gain economic and social independence.
Services
The Academy offers a 3-month intense course in Italian Cuisine with a recognised certificate of attendance. Their Residential Course includes:
14 Weeks of the course - Kshs 100,000; 441 hours of Intensive Italian Cuisine Course run by Italian chefs teaching more than 100 recipes; theoretical classes and Italian language and culture lessons
daily Italian lunch; end-of-course certificate recognized by Italian Embassy, to be attached to your curriculum when applying for the best restaurants and hotels in Kenya.14 weeks of the course - Kshs 50,000; Shared four-bed room; breakfast and dinner; access to the compound facilities
